Jonas Gerard is a well listed artist who was born in Casablanca, Morocco, in 1941. He began his artistic career on the streets of New York City and spent many decades in the Miami area before moving to Asheville, North Carolina, in 2007. Although Gerard has painted in many styles throughout his career, he is known best for his abstract Expressionist works.
